- Create a range of classic & inspired cocktails
- Make a variety of espresso coffees

- 5 days a week
- Annual salary at $65,000 plus super

**About You**
- 1
- 2 years experience in a busy high end restaurant / bar
- 1 + year barista experience is ideal
- High level of cocktail making skill
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid RSA (competency card)
