- These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50hr/fortnight

- This role requires availability to work before store operating hours as listed below:

- Monday to Sunday 4:00am to 2:00pm
- To be successful for this role, a forklift licence will be required and experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded

**About this work area**
- As a Fulfilment Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
