As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and confident Bar Lead who can elevate our beverage service and support the front‑of‑house team. About the Role We are seeking someone experienced behind the bar and confident in leading a shift. This role suits someone who enjoys creating cocktails, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth front‑of‑house operations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks
- Lead and support the front‑of‑house team during service
- Maintain bar standards, stock levels, and cleanliness
- Provide warm, efficient customer service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth service flow
- Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies What We’re Looking For
- Strong bar experience (cocktails, wine knowledge, drink preparation)
- Confident leading a team or supervising a shift
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- RSA certified
