- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef (restaurant, café, or commercial bakery)
- Robust skills in dough preparation, pastry techniques, and baking consistency
- Experience with—or eagerness to learn—Filipino breads and cakes
- Reliability, teamwork, and pride in product presentation
- Full working rights in Australia Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake daily pastries and breads to high standards
- Maintain dough prep schedules and product consistency
- Work with the Head Chef to innovate menu items with seasonal and cultural relevance
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and quality assurance
- Collaborate closely with FOH for timing, display, and service Essential Qualifications
- Previous baking or pastry experience in hospitality settings
- Dough-handling and oven operation skills
- Cultural baking experience is a plus, but not essential
- Food Safety Certification preferred
