Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients within the travel industry . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have solid communication skills, and are interested in learning the travel business while delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the booking process, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and general questions
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain clear and qualified communication with clients
- Follow company guidelines and service standards
- Document interactions and updates as needed Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Detail-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
