- A recognised Commercial Cookery qualification (e.g., Cert III or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience cooking in a similar environment or restaurant experience
- Demonstrated experience applying HACCP principles
- Proven experience leading a team and setting a values‑based culture
