Paralegal | Real Estate & Construction | Canberra Permanent / Full Time Join our highly regarded Real Estate and Construction team based in Canberra. The successful candidate will be passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and thrive working in a fast‑paced, high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Process new instructions and maintain direct contact with clients.
- Prepare contracts and accompanying letters and documentation.
- Complete online searches and manage paper and PEXA settlements.
- Handle financial and administrative tasks related to conveyancing matters.
- Manage end‑to‑end file management for high‑volume development projects and other conveyancing matters. Qualifications
- At least one year of previous conveyancing paralegal experience is preferable, however not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints efficiently.
- The ability to build rapport with clients.
- Team player with a team‑first approach, comfortable working with team members at varying levels.
- Pro‑active focus on progressing matters to completion. What we offer
