As a Mobile Lending Manager, you’ll bring banking to your customers
- on their terms.

You’ll build a strong network of customers, gaining their trust by providing tailored financial solutions and helping to achieve their dreams, from buying a home, to securing their financial future. Through expert lending advice, strong partnerships, and a customer-first approach you’ll drive growth, deepen connections and make banking personal, no matter where your customers are.

- Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success

This is a permanent, full time position located in Deakin.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

To succeed in this role, you’ll drive current customer acquisition and be the go to person for home lending in your area. We’d love you to have:

- Established networks and ability to self-generate business
- Deep understanding of lending products, credit analysis, and risk management
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
- Proven to be a trusted, self-driven and high-performing home lending expert
