The Position
The Administration Officer will work with library teams to deliver client-focused support to academics, students and visitors. The Administration Officer will contribute to the productive and effective provision of general administrative support, support training and event management and assist with administrative support for finance and HR matters.
The Person
We are seeking an experienced administrator with understanding of library practices, preferably with experience in the higher education sector or with transferable skills. You will have excellent people skills, and an ability to provide support to a range of stakeholders within a cross team environment. Your ability to interpret policies, refine processes to find efficiencies, strong time management skills, combined with great communication skills will be key to building respectful, cooperative, and productive relationships with stakeholders.
