The Role As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, bridging the gap between section management and senior leadership. - $80,000 + Superannuation.
- Based at the National Portrait Gallery, Canberra.

- Work closely with the executive chef to ensure productive food production and quality control.
- Run your own section in a high-quality and high-volume environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and consistency.
- Support a motivated and qualified kitchen culture. About You

- Cert III in Commercial Cookery is essential.
- Experience in quality events and café
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing menus.
- Passionate, open to learning, and a genuine team player.
