Senior Network Engineer Lead Critical Enterprise Network Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join a high-performing technology team responsible for delivering and supporting large-scale enterprise network services within a complex and mission-critical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong networking professional who enjoys combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring. About the Role As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, support, and ongoing optimisation of enterprise network infrastructure. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will provide technical leadership across operational and project-based initiatives while ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical networking services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineering teams
- Support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and network upgrades
- Maintain and enhance enterprise network environments
- Lead troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and remediation activities
- Develop and maintain detailed network documentation and technical designs
- Monitor and manage operational network services
- Mentor and train team members across networking technologies
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with leading technology vendors and partners
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement across network services and processes About You You are an experienced networking professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in complex enterprise environments. You will ideally possess
- Extensive experience supporting enterprise WAN and LAN environments
- Strong hands-on expertise across Cisco networking technologies
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Check Point security platforms
- Experience working with F5 technologies
- Strong understanding of network design, implementation, and operational support
- Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- The ability to manage competing priorities across both BAU and project work
- Proven experience mentoring and supporting technical teams Desirable Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Check Point, F5, or equivalent
- Experience within large and complex enterprise environments What's on Offer
