This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 10:00pm, across our four Canberra clinics: Belconnen, Deakin, Woden, and Tuggeranong. Role Overview As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Responsibilities
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‑in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers’ compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics. Qualifications
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
- A strong background in customer service.
- Ability to rotate across the four clinics in Canberra as required. Benefits
