Key Responsibilities

Process new instructions and maintain direct contact with clients.

Prepare contracts and accompanying letters and documentation.

Complete online searches and manage paper and PEXA settlements.

Handle financial and administrative tasks related to conveyancing matters.

Manage end‑to‑end file management for high‑volume development projects and other conveyancing matters.

Qualifications

At least one year of previous conveyancing paralegal experience is preferable, however not essential.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints efficiently.

The ability to build rapport with clients.

Team player with a team‑first approach, comfortable working with team members at varying levels.

Pro‑active focus on progressing matters to completion.
