Medical Receptionist And Contact Centre Agent Canberra

This full‐time role runs Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 10:00pm, across our four Canberra clinics: Belconnen, Deakin, Woden, and Tuggeranong.

Role Overview

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‐in procedures.

Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.

Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers' compensation, and DVA.

Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics.

Qualifications

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Solid organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

A strong background in customer service.

Ability to rotate across the four clinics in Canberra as required.
