Responsibilities Your primary goal is to ensure customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions. Generate hire schedules, quotes and invoicing. Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick‐ups, repairs and breakdowns. Assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment (occasionally). Qualifications Previous face‐to‐face customer service experience. Desire to provide an amazing customer experience. General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Capability to learn and absorb technical information. Interest in construction, mining or engineering industries is a plus. Advantages Development and career progression pathways.
