In this role you will work alongside Trade Staff, Facilities Operations Managers, and Facilities Coordinators. You will manage the generic inbox, enter maintenance requests, follow up if further information is required, manage the phone lines, complete data entry, and other administrative tasks as required. We are looking for someone who has great communication and organisational skills, can create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and can work in a team. Note: The Facilities Management Office is open from 7:00am-4:00pm and has a rotational roster to ensure all office hours are filled.
