DESCRIPTION The client is seeking a motivated Assistant Accountant Intern for a 3-month internship. This role provides a valuable opportunity for a recent graduate or current accounting student to gain hands‐on experience in various accounting tasks and learn from experienced professionals in a fast‐paced work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES (INDICATIVE) Prepare financial statements and reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Process accounts payable and receivable. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Support tax preparation and compliance. Research accounting regulations and standards. Assist with ad‐hoc accounting tasks as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
