Design & Build are recruiting on the behalf of an award winning commercial & residential construction company in Canberra. With a broad experience in almost all sectors in construction, from minor works to large scale, greenfield sites to technical occupied environments, renovations, refurbishment and all contract forms in between, this is a excellent prospect to join a small but heavy hitting team in Canberra. The Role As a Contracts Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of construction projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all contractual obligations are met, timelines are maintained, and costs are controlled, supported by a Senior Contracts Administrator and Project Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts Assist in the tendering process, including procurement and scope review Monitor and control project budgets, progress claims, and variations Liaise with site teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Track and report on project costs and timelines Ensure compliance with legal and company standards across all documentation What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in a similar Contracts Administrator role.
