Lead and manage financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and financial regulations. Provide strategic advice and insights to support decision‑making processes. Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify cost‑saving opportunities.Collaborate with department heads to align financial practices with organisational goals. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. Identify and manage risks within the accounting and finance operations. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.The Successful Applicant

A strong background in accounting and finance. Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field. CA/CPA Qualified. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning processes. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate across departments.
