Own reliability, availability, and performance of production systems running in cloud environments Define and monitor SLIs/SLOs and help manage error budgets across the platform Lead incident response efforts including detection, triage, mitigation, and postmortems Improve observability through logging, monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
