- General handy‑person and trade duties– painting, patching
- Hard waste removal
- Using handheld power tools
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Maintaining presentation of the centre to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer‑service skills to deal with tenants and clients
- Flexible approach to work Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience within maintenance/hand‑yman duties
- Versatile handy‑person skills
- Ability to use power tools, forklift, scissor lift (EWP)– highly desirable
- Basic plumbing skills
- Physically capable of moving equipment
- Team‑player attitude
- Self‑motivated and responsible
- Ability to liaise with customers as required
