ABOUT THE ROLE As a Site Safety Officer you will help to advocate safe work practices, monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities, and develop policies to promote occupational health and safety awareness. DUTIES
- Advise on provisions to minimise safety risks
- Direct accident investigation procedures
- Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as safety coordinator or similar
- Experience in reporting and developing policies
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Diligent with an analytical mind ADVANTAGES
