Property Manager - Student Accommodation (Canberra)

Property Manager – Student Accommodation Lead property operations across 3 ANU sites—driving resident experience, occupancy, financial performance, and seamless day‑to‑day management. About the Role In this role, you will oversee all aspects of property operations including resident experience, occupancy, financial management, and administration. As Property Manager (internally known as Property Manager Operations) at our Wamburun, Ursula Hall, and Yukeembruk Village locations, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service to residents and stakeholders while maintaining seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective financial management by overseeing budgets, optimising costs, and boosting occupancy rates.
- Provide exceptional service through the implementation of engagement programmes while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and university partners, providing timely updates and reports.
- Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well‑maintained following all legal and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a positive workplace setting and encourage excellent team performance. Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years experience in property management, student accommodation or a similar field.
- Strong problem‑solving skills to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia & valid WWVP check.
