- Prepare, cook, and present food for café, kiosks, and catered events, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage your section during service with efficiency, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.
- Mentor junior chefs and apprentices, fostering skill development.
- Contribute to menu planning and daily specials to enhance offerings. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or senior cook with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and efficient kitchen operations.
- Ability to perform well in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
