Join our growing team and be part of an exciting current venue from day one. We are currently looking for an Experienced Grill Chef to join our kitchen team full time. This role is ideal for someone confident working on the grill in a busy restaurant environment and passionate about cooking high-quality steaks and meats to perfection. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook steaks and grill items to high standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist with stock control and minimizing waste
- Support the Head Chef and kitchen team during service Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Grill Chef or similar role
- Strong experience cooking steaks and grill section items
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations What We Offer
