The Opportunity You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio while building solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. This role offers plenty of variety across inspections, maintenance coordination, leasing support, arrears management, and portfolio operations — all within a collaborative and supportive team culture where your hard work is genuinely recognised. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential property portfolio with a strong customer service focus
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently and cost-effectively
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections and prepare reports
- Assist with leasing duties including open homes and tenant selection
- Manage arrears, lease renewals, and day-to-day portfolio matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
- General administration associated with portfolio management About You
- Previous Property Management or Real Estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management abilities
- Qualified presentation and positive attitude
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Current Driver's Licence required
- Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence highly regarded
- Available for occasional Saturdays on a rotating roster What’s On Offer
