- Develop a broad range of artefacts, from highly technical system and infrastructure documentation to plain‑English user guides and training materials.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Atlassian ecosystem (Confluence and Jira) to support documentation, workflow management, collaboration, and reporting.
- Demonstrated evidence of delivering work and measurable outputs in alignment with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) lifecycle, including planning, execution, review, and continuous improvement activities.
