Administration Officer Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency Details: We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our administration team. The Administration Officer will provide a high standard of administrative support to the school. This position is an integral member of our front office team and requires a friendly professional with strong communication skills, a high level of discretion, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment. The Administration Officer will oversee tasks such as enrolments, excursions, records management, daily administrative tasks and provide outstanding customer service. The successful applicant will support the school executive team by developing, implementing, and maintaining processes that contribute to the efficient and effective management of the school.
- First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
