We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with knowledge in the areas of infrastructure as a service, platform operations, and application support. What you bring
- Professional experience in Cloud Delivery related fields and technologies.
- Good understanding of deployment automation tools such as Ansible.
- In-depth knowledge of hyperscale cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, Terraform preferred.
- CI/CD pipeline experience with tools such as ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, and Concourse.
- Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications (microservices), including container orchestration with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS and Gardener.
- Familiarity with GitLab and/or GitHub.
- Security best practices, including hardened containers and images.
- Experience with security tools such as HashiCorp Vault (preferred).
- Database knowledge, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA.
- Product knowledge of SAP BTP products is a plus.
- Decision-making ability, persistence, and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field. Work Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Delivery related fields and technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in cloud operations – developing, delivering and maintaining Cloud Products.
- Skilled experience in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
