Job Title: Senior Solution Engineer (Microsoft D365) Location: Remote – Australia About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Engineer to lead the design, migration, and management of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a remote position in Australia, offering the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge cloud technologies in a collaborative, fast‑paced workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Implementation: Lead the design, migration, and ongoing management of enterprise M365 solutions, with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies using Microsoft Purview, Defender, and other tools to ensure a robust, zero‑trust architecture.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert‑level support, automate processes using PowerShell, and optimize M365 platform performance and user adoption. Required Experience & Skills
- Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise‑scale Microsoft 365 environments.
- Technical Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS‑102) or equivalent is highly preferred.
