Digital Integration SME | Land Combat Systems Are you an experienced Digital Subject Matter Expert with a solid background in Land Combat Systems, C4, networking, distributed systems or enterprise architecture? Compas is seeking a highly skilled specialist to provide technical advice, design input and digital integration expertise across complex Land capability programs. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge technical design, stakeholder engagement and strategic capability outcomes in a secure, mission-focused environment. Location: ACT Contract Duration: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV1 clearance required Closing Date: 10:00am, 27 May 2026 Essential Tasks
- Provide expert digital integration advice across Land capability programs and projects.
- Develop technical implementation designs, solution documentation and formal proposals.
- Support development and maintenance of Land Combat System Design products.
- Lead stakeholder engagement forums and contribute to integration workshops. Key Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated specialist technical experience.
- Experience in areas such as networking, C4 software, tactical data links or distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of technical design, implementation, assessment and integration.
