About the Role We are seeking an experienced Identity & PAM Technical Lead to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management solutions. The role combines ownership of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Delinea into a single senior technical leadership position. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning the end‑to‑end technical delivery of Identity Governance and PAM capabilities.
- Defining and governing the target state architecture across IIQ, PAM, and integrated systems.
- Acting as the primary client‑facing technical authority for identity and privileged access design decisions.
- Leading solution architecture and detailed technical design across identity lifecycle management, access requests and approvals, certifications, role and entitlement modelling, privileged access workflows and controls, secrets and non‑human identity access patterns.
- Designing, developing, and reviewing custom IdentityIQ components, including custom rules and workflows, lifecycle logic, transforms and correlation rules, API‑based and connector‑driven integrations.
- Leading PAM architecture and implementation, including privileged credential vaulting, secrets management for applications and services, session access controls and monitoring, just‑in‑time access and approval workflows.
- Defining and enforcing secure development and deployment standards, including CI/CD and configuration‑as‑code practices.
- Providing hands‑on technical leadership to engineers and testers across identity and PAM streams.
- Managing technical risks, cross‑platform dependencies, and integration complexity.
- Producing and approving technical design artefacts, onboarding patterns, and operational handover material. What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in Identity, Access Management, or Security Engineering.
- Deep hands‑on experience delivering Identity Governance solutions (SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent).
- Strong experience delivering Privileged Access Management solutions (Delinea or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading complex identity and PAM delivery teams.
- Strong background in automation, integration design, and secure platform engineering.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and provide clear architectural direction.
- Experience operating in regulated or security‑sensitive environments. Security Clearance Current NV2 Security Clearance. Onsite Requirement Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week. Advantages of working at Accenture
