Senior Systems & Integration Engineer (Canberra)

The Network are seeking an AGSVA NV1 cleared Senior Systems & Integration Engineer working inside a secure environment. 24 months Open to ACT As a Senior Systems & Integration Engineer you will support the delivery of integrated and interoperable network capabilities across Land, Joint, and Coalition environments. You will design, build, and integrate complex network systems, support capability development across major Defence projects, and contribute to testing, experimentation, and operational activities. Who are we looking for: Must have:
- NV1 Security Clearance
- 10+ years' experience in network engineering and systems integration
- Solid experience across WAN/LAN design, build, and integration
- Expertise in Cisco networking technologies and TCP/IP in complex environments
- Experience working in secure or deployable Defence environments
- Proven ability to operate as a senior SME and solve complex technical problems Have specialist ICT skills and knowledge in the following:
- Design and integration of network environments across multi-domain systems
- Systems integration across tactical and operational environments
- Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM)
- Network security and cyber tools (e.g. Splunk, McAfee, ForeScout)
- Test, evaluation, and experimentation activities
- Automation, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines (desirable)
- Cross‑domain solutions and secure network architectures
