As a Clinical Development Nurse, you will inspire excellence in practice, mentor staff, and shape outstanding patient outcomes across a seven-day roster. Provide nursing care for over 3,500 births and 700 neonatal admissions each year within NICU, SCN, retrieval services, and specialised follow-up care. Deliver family-centred care with a focus on safety, quality, and patient experience. Mentor and support staff across multiple disciplines and rosters. Contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic, multi-service neonatal workplace. Requirements
