Strategy / Change Management Consultant (Canberra)

Company Description Konrad & Company is an Australian-based strategic advisory and consulting firm. We deliver through a senior-led model with experienced practitioners leading all key aspects of delivery with teams of expert consultants and administrative support. Our offices are located on Ngunnawal Country in Canberra ACT. Role Description We are interviewing for a full-time, Canberra-based consultant with expertise in strategy, implementation and change management. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years' experience with a top consultancy (Bain, BCG, Nous, etc) and a commitment to high-quality work, as well as an interest in working on projects that are in the public interest. We work 4 days a week from the office, with the option to work from home 1 day a week. We offer perks as well as a market-competitive salary. The role will commence in early July; we are commencing interviews now in order to find the right candidate. Qualifications
- Track record of delivery in Management Consulting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving
- Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Proficiency in professional tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a high-performance environment
- Experience in energy, environment or infrastructure sectors is desirable
- Operational or non-consulting background in addition to consulting experience is desirable
