The Education Support Officer role is integral to the effective delivery, administration and continuous improvement of the College's teaching programs across diverse modes and technologies, supporting more than 5,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students across four schools. The position advances the strategic goals of the work area by strengthening LMS capability, enhancing academic support, ensuring compliant and high‑quality assessment processes, and promoting an excellent and consistent student learning experience across the course lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Work at the centre of teaching delivery, partnering with academics to design and implement courses in Canvas/LMS across the full course lifecycle.
- Develop in‑demand expertise in assessment configuration, gradebook management and compliance within a complex university environment.
