Manager
- Data Governance and Management As a Manager, you will:
- Deliver client work related to establishment or operation of data management functions.
- Lead project teams effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
- Manage client relationships and address their needs proactively.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects.
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members. Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience working with organisations that have undertaken large scale data transformations.
- A sound understanding of data strategy, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations.
- Experience with data management tools.
- A reasonable understanding of contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP), common SaaS applications, end user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.
- Strong project management skills and the proven ability to lead a team of people in the delivery of a data management project. Benefits include:
