Position Summary KICK is looking for a Streaming Operations Specialist to power our biggest moments and support our top creators. This role sits at the intersection of broadcast operations, video engineering, and live event delivery at global scale. Operating as KICK's video subject matter expert across acquisition, pipeline and live events, you will design, build and shape the systems that keep the platform running with real influence over how it evolves. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end readiness for KICK’s largest events, configure and troubleshoot SRT and RTMP transport protocols, and build and maintain video services within AWS. Work closely with engineering teams to drive pipeline observability and own resolution of complex playback issues across CTV, mobile and web.
