SAP ABAP Developer (Canberra)

Bridge IT Engineering is currently seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer located in Canberra for an chance with a federal government client. Key duties and responsibilities
- Provide SAP ABAP and WebDynpro Development
- Undertake tasks related to the day-to-day maintenance of SAP ERP and SRM systems
- Respond to reported problems, performing fault diagnosis, analysis and rectifications tasks
- Provide or assist in the analysis of enhancements of SAP ERP, SRM and related areas as required by the business areas
- Provide or assist in impact assessments and analysis of SAP delivered support packs and enhancements
- Support, design, configure, test and implement SAP ABAP, Web Dynpro and Floorplan Manager programs, functions and methods
- Assist in the development and documentation of technical design standards and work within these standards
- Develop or assist in the development of test plans and user documentation
- Mentor and perform skills transfer to other team members and participate in code reviews
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of common IT methodologies, frameworks and best practices Technical skills
- ABAP OO programming, ABAP Reports, Dialog Programming, BDCs, BAPI and LSMW, User-Exits, Badi, Enhancements, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow; ABAP HR Programming, ESS, MSS
- SAP Scripts, Smartforms, Adobe Forms, HR Forms, UI5 and Fiori
