The Role As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Day‑to‑day accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receipting
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of month‑end duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintaining financial and travel processing
- Credit card management and treasury duties
- Assist with month‑end duties, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
- Interpreting and providing advice to staff on travel entities in line with current legislation, policies, and procedures The Ideal Person If you’re Canberra-based with APS experience, we’re keen to help you take the next step in your career. - APS4: $78k – $85k + 15.4% Super for non‑ongoing contracts
- APS4: $48/hr – $55/hr + 12% Super for labour hire contracts
- APS5: $86k – $95k + 15.4% Super for non‑ongoing contracts
