- Manage a residential portfolio with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Build strong, trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct entry, routine, and exit inspections using digital systems
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy lifecycle management
- Coordinate maintenance efficiently with reliable contractors
- Manage arrears and prepare tribunal documentation when required
- Ensure full compliance with ACT legislation at all times
- Maintain accurate records across all systems and platforms
- Deliver high-level communication and service at every touchpoint
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the team About you
- 3+ years’ property management experience
- ACT Certificate of Registration or Licence (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act (ACT)
- Confident communicator with robust conflict resolution skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with systems such as PropertyMe or similar
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and solutions-driven
