- 12 month assignment / ASAP start Green Light is partnering up with a leading company to engage an experienced Contract Manager to join their team. The successful resource will work in a high-security environment and must hold an active NV1 Security Clearance. This role focuses on analysing, reviewing and untangling the current multi‑tenancy agreements, deeds and operating arrangements to determine what is effective and what is not, and to propose a fit‑for‑purpose governance model. Responsibilities
- Design and implement contract management frameworks, strategies, and plans.
- Define and maintain contract performance indicators and compliance obligations.
- Lead or support evaluations of supplier performance and compliance.
- Support or oversee the development, implementation and operation of contract management systems and processes including tools to:
- Capture and track communications between contracting parties
- Monitor contract performance and financial aspects (e.g. payments, securities)
- Record exchanges of materials or deliverables
- Manage variations and change requests
- Track intellectual property ownership and transfers
- Monitor claims such as warranties, defects, and liabilities
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation Requirements
- Proven experience working in a similar role as a Contract Manager in large, complex environments.
- Must have an active/valid NV1 Security Clearance or higher (essential – resources without valid security clearance will not be considered).
- Proven experience in contract management within the Properties/Facilities/Commercial/Production Materials logistics space.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing multi‑tenant service agreements, deeds and contracts.
- Solid understanding of contractual elements such as agreements, deeds, indemnities, obligations and variation clauses.
- Proven ability to interpret and disentangle complex contractual provisions, including obligations, service boundaries, cost‑allocation models and governance arrangements.
- Proven capability to design and implement governance frameworks, including executive and operational forums, Terms of Reference (ToRs), decision‑making structures and RACI models.
- Experience identifying gaps or inconsistencies between contractual intent and operational delivery.
- Experience with contract management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
