As Recruitment Consultant, you will provide expert advice and operational leadership across end-to-end recruitment activities, supporting hiring managers to navigate recruitment processes and compliance requirements. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancement and the development of recruitment capability across the University. Working closely with the Team Lead, Recruitment, this role also has a strong people leadership component, supporting and mentoring Recruitment team members while helping to foster a high-performing and service-focused team culture. The role suits someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery with stakeholder engagement, problem solving and process improvement.
