Responsibilities
- Identify, land, and develop opportunities to advise senior executives on impactful change, generating consulting revenue growth.
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of client relationships and engagements at various stages of development, ensuring quality, impact, and profitability of client services.
- Build high-performing consulting teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance over performance and deliverables.
- Identify the right functional knowledge, technical expertise, and proprietary tools to engage clients, leveraging Fujitsu capabilities and partner network. Qualifications
- Preference for Defence Industry experience.
- Partner or Associate Partner experience at a tier-one management consultancy, or Partner level experience in an advisory arm of a technology consulting firm.
- A track record of building consulting relationships and pipeline, with evidence of sustained client programs.
- Highly entrepreneurial, with experience of developing go-to-market strategy.
- Deep experience in developing and delivering technology-focused client transformation programs, preferably in next-generation technologies such as AI and quantum computing.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and defining involvement in framing, designing, and executing solutions for challenging business situations.
