Estimator/Supervisor - Insurance Building (Canberra)

Join Our Team at White Wolf Constructions! White Wolf Constructions is an insurance repair builder prioritising quality and care. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our expanding team based in Canberra, ACT and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities
- Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.
- Provide comparative quotes and estimates to insurance partners.
- Review and compile specialist & trade reports for submission to insurers.
- Build trade and supplier relationships.
- Ensure quality and cost management.
- Meet client KPIs. Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges. Qualifications
- Insurance building industry experience highly regarded.
- Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred).
- Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and WHS.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Competence with repair management systems, Microsoft Office, quick learner.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
