The Opportunity HorizonOne has a consistent flow ofCampaign Officer/Managerroles available on both labour hire and non-ongoing contracts. These contracts range from short term (3 months) to long term (12 months or more). It is very common for high performing candidates to receive repeated extensions on their contracts or even secure permanency in the APS. With a range of positions regularly available, we are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates due to placing a large majority of or active and registered candidates. HorizonOne also supports permanent APS staff with s26 temporary and permanent transfersbetween federal government agencies and departments. The Role The responsibilities of each position vary, but as a Campaigns Officer you will be required to:
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate impactful communication campaigns
- Craft and edit engaging content across web, social media, digital channels, media, PR, marketing, and more
- Oversee procurement and manage contracts with advertising, PR, and communication service providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal, external, and cross-government stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects with strong organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team The Ideal Person To be considered for an APS5 – EL1 Campaigns Officer/Manager opportunity you’ll have 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the APS, with aqualification in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing. You will have the ability to work in time sensitive environments and build productive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be flexible in responding to changing priorities. Australian citizenship and a minimum baseline security clearance are requiredto apply. Salary / Rate
- APS5 salary range:$80k – $89k + 15.4% Super
- APS6 salary range:$90k – $110k + 15.4% Super
- EL1 salary range:$120k – $129k + 15.4% Super
