Experienced Directional Drilling Coordinator (Jandakot)

About the Role This role leads and coordinates the maintenance and reliability of Halliburton Directional Drilling equipment across Australasia, driving best practices and initiatives to support Product Service Line strategy and service delivery. It combines robust technical expertise in directional drilling with people leadership, budgeting, project management, and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and equipment reliability. This role will be based out Jandakot, WA facility. Key Responsibilities
· Assesses service delivery requirements for each Directional Drilling job within Australasia
· Coordinates the movement of Directional Drilling equipment and personnel within Australasia
· Supervises the day to day activities of Directional Drillers performing well site service work and job resource planning. Well site work includes: o Recording drilling performance data, geological information and maintaining operational logs o Monitoring drilling operations and ensuring safe operating conditions for personnel
· Utilizes technical and/or operational expertise to provide service delivery and support staff
· Interfaces with both FSQC and PDC counterparts pursuant to Service Quality, Employee Development and Competency, worksite safety and process improvements
· Supports reliability analysis and promotes optimum use of development tools and standards during the design/rollout process.
· Understands and promotes HES's quality directives.
· Acts in a leadership role with corporate HSE initiatives
· Coordinates the engagement and use of 3rd party services and equipment within Australasia Role Requirements
· Knowledge of Sperry Drilling Services, processes and work methods
