This role is all about making sure our customers are looked after over the weekend, enquiries are handled promptly, and nothing falls through the cracks before the new week starts.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the first point of contact for weekend enquiries and support our team across customer service, rentals, and maintenance.

**Customer enquiries**
- Responding to messages via **Facebook & Instagram (Meta Business)**:

- Monitoring and replying to **live chat enquiries**:

- Answering **incoming phone calls** in a friendly, professional way

**Rental & sales support**
- Managing and sorting **new rental leads in Pipedrive**:

- Responding to customer questions about **delivery timing and allocated saunas**:

- Processing **signed agreements** (a few simple steps in Zapier and Pipedrive)

**Maintenance support**
- Responding to initial maintenance requests
- Requesting photos from customers (or thanking them when already provided)
- Logging jobs into **Zapier** so our team can schedule follow-ups
- Making basic follow-up calls where needed

Your work will ensure:

- All weekend enquiries are responded to promptly
- Rental leads are captured and organised correctly
- The team starts the week with everything in order

What we’re looking for
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Confident using (or learning) tools like **Pipedrive, Zapier, Meta Business & live chat**:

- Reliable and responsive on weekends
- Calm, friendly, and solutions-focused

Customer service, admin, or support experience is a plus, but attitude and reliability matter most.

Hours & flexibility
- **16 hours per week**:

- Weekend-focused (Saturday & Sunday)
- Set shifts, with some flexibility once you’re settled in

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28,000.00
- $30,000.00 per year
