- Provide expert technical oversight to support the implementation and operation of new OT systems.
- Monitor existing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, approve, and validate engineering solutions within OT environments.
- Models a strong leadership presence that positively influences the team.
- Foster strong relationships across Operations, Future Energy, and Technology & Digital Transformation teams.

- You’re a qualified engineer with a background in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering.
- Proven experience in designing and integrating OT systems and hardware.
- Skilled in interfacing legacy systems with up-to-date OT technologies, including various protocols and hardware platforms.
- Self-driven and accountable, you thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Background in Energy or Engineering sectors is highly regarded.
