Heavy Duty Auto Electrician (City of Canning)

Location: Welshpool, WA, AU, 6106 Your recent role as the Auto Electrician for Machine Rebuilds you will be reporting to the Workshop Supervisor. About Welshpool The Mining Rebuilds workshop at Welshpool, WA, offers cost-effective rebuilds and repairs for Caterpillar equipment. We specialise in certified rebuilds, powertrain components, and custom solutions, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Rosters 5 days on, 2 days off (2 weeks of day shift, 1 week of night shift)
- 10.5 hrs (inclusive of a 30 minute unpaid lunch break). What you'll do
- Work on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment, performing a variety of tasks.
- Assembly or reassembly of electrical components, dealer-provided option installations, maintenance and build ups to customers' specification ensuring optimum safety and efficiency throughout the entire build.
- Assist with the busy workload to meet the required deadlines and schedules. Skills & Experience
- Australian-recognised Auto Electrical Trade Certificate.
- Previous experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment an advantage.
